Born in Japan. (Japanese father, Japanese/British mother.) Moved with family to England at age two. Returned to Japan not long after Zafkiel left England for Australia in 2002.

Notes:

Tzadkael (who prefers to be called Kael) is not a nice boy. ^^; He's purposely manipulative and likes to play with other people's emotions and elicit reactions for his own enjoyment. He knows that people find him beautiful and he likes to use that to his advantage whenever possible. He is also quite sexually aggressive, and if involved with someone, can be quite possessive, even though he himself is not even remotely faithful. However he is rarely involved with anyone for long; he professes to have no belief in the concept of love, and is interested only in pleasure, so he moves from partner to partner with surprising haste. Sometimes, however, there's a wistful look in his eye that makes you wonder if there's more to him than just cruelty and sexual voraciousness. (Though if so, he hides it very well!) And on rare occasions, he shows a more friendly, helpful side of himself to those that he seems to deem worth it, which only confuses those around him still more. However all that said, since meeting Rafariel and ultimately becoming involved with the boy, he has certainly toned down a fair bit -- though just as confrontational and antagonistic as ever, he does not appear to have played around since they settled down, and seems more content to simply 'be', so long as Rafariel is there. He occasionally even indulges his sappy side, and also shows brief moments of insecurity he might never have shown before. Kael and Zafkiel seem to have quite a volatile history, but not much of it is known; when asked, Zafkiel abruptly changes the topic, and Kael merely smirks and says, "ask Zafkiel". ^^;
