Dear Mikael, I'm sorry to do this to you so suddenly, but I didn't know what else to do, and I didn't know what you would say if I told it to you outright. I lied when I said I was getting better. I'm not. I'm really, really sick. I don't know what's going to happen to me, and I'm scared. But, I heard about this doctor, who might be able to help me. She lives a long way away, but she said if I go there, she can try and help me. So, I'm going away. I got some help with money, so that I can go. I don't know how long I'll be gone. She can't say.
